Top Fence Ltd innovative fencing and home and garden improvement products. Our unique products include ColourFence, ColourRail, ColourGate and ColourShed, with excellent conversion rates from survey to orders, with an average order value of £7,000 to £10,000.
Full training will be provided.
Our home improvement and garden solutions are high quality, bespoke installations that are maintenance free and guaranteed to last. Products are manufactured on site in our modern factory and are installed nationwide by our installation network.(Company name) are a fast growing and ambitious company and are looking to expand.
The Role
We are seeking experienced commission-based salespeople to join our existing Team based out of our branch in Middlesex, to help us grow the residential business even further.
Full Time/ Part Time
Earnings could exceed £50k pa. (No cap)
Order values between £3k-£4k (earnings 10% net orders)
Top 4 on google product provided with warm leads
Product exclusivity.
Opportunity to sell to 99% Residential lead based at different commission structure.
Company Product training will be provided for successful applicants.
NO Hard Sell, cold calling or self-generating, all selling opportunities are from pre-qualified enquiries and development opportunities.
You will need your own car & tablet or laptop, working flexible full-time hours with excellent future career opportunities.
Exclusive territory would be given to the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Schedule customer appointment through lead generation provided by the company.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product/service demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing with clients to close sales.
Close Sales: Successfully close sales during in-person visits or schedule follow-ups where needed to finalize transactions.
Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Travel: Regularly travel to client within the designated territory.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a field sales or similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable with travel.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
