The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting customs processes and ensuring goods move smoothly through the supply chain. You’ll gain hands-on experience and develop specialist knowledge in a highly sought-after field.
Duties include:
- Checking and reviewing documentation for customs clearance
- Preparing and submitting customs declarations (full training provided)
- Communicating with clients via email and providing updates
- Maintaining accurate records for compliance and audit purposes
- Supporting amendments and ensuring all systems are up to date
- Working to deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
About You
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Good attention to detail and organisation skills
- Comfortable using computers (MS Office knowledge beneficial)
- Some admin or customer service experience preferred
- Positive, reliable, and a strong team player
