We are looking to hire an experienced electrician to work in a domestic environment.
This role will be based mainly within properties in South Belfast but we do carry out some projects province wide.
Key responsibilities:
- EICR'S
- Replacement of accessories
- Full rewires
- Partial rewires
- Electrical fault-finding
* Note that this list is not exhaustive, and applicants may be required to perform other duties that are within their skill level
The ideal candidate should be/have:
- Apprentice trained to City and Guilds or equivalent electrical qualification.
- C&G Electrical installations in accordance with BS7671 /17th/18th Edition
- C&G 2391 or Equivalent
- Sparksafe registered QE
- Highly motivated attitude to electrical safety
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- You will be required to share your counterpart driving licence details/endorsements
- Experience in domestic eicrs
- Computer literate
- Clean access ni report
- Experience in social housing contracts desirable
