TimesGroup Ltd is looking for experienced Painters & Decorators to join our team on a major student accommodation refurbishment project in Preston, comprising 400+ apartments.
Start Date: Monday 20th July 2026
This is a long-term opportunity with a minimum of 6 months' work, with further projects available for the right operatives.
Duties include:
- Internal painting and decorating
- Surface preparation
- Filling, making good and sanding minor imperfections
- Caulking and finishing works
- Preparing apartments for handover
- Working alongside other trades to maintain programme
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial painting and decorating
- Own painting tools are essential
- Valid CSCS Card
- Own transport preferred
- Ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
