You will be a key member of staff working predominantly alone ensuring our bus shelter advertising sites in South Yorkshire & Telford are posted to specific deadlines.
What you'll be doing...
You will have access to a company vehicle (all expenses covered by us) for business use only including commuting to and from the depot (located in Mansfield) and an Ipad to record all posting activities around South Yorkshire (Doncaster, Barnsley, Sheffield, Rotherham) & Telford advertising sites.
The role would involve preparing & installing on average 300 posters every two weeks. You will not be required to work away from home. You will be assisted by at least two other members of staff.

Your hours of work will be flexible up to 3 days per week working on a repeated pattern (Week 1 – Wed -Fri Poster Prep Week in our Mansfield depot) & (Week 2 – Mon- Wed Posting Week on the road) every two weeks to fall in line with our Posting Contract deadlines.
You must be prepared to:
Work in all weather conditions and be comfortable with working on your own.
Be able to work on your own initiative and work to tight deadlines when necessary. You will be working unsupervised and be away from the depot for most of the day.
Adapt and work with other members of staff from time-to-time. Be flexible to suit our Posting Contract terms which WILL include working bank holidays and be prepared to factor in some flexibility if the deadline isn’t met.
Have a Full clean Driving Licence (applicants must be 23yrs or over to comply with our Vehicle Insurance Policy)
Be able to operate an Ipad to digitally record each poster installation to maintain an audit trail for each site. You will be responsible for identifying and communicating back to the office any additional information of relevance to the current state and condition of all Bus Shelters located at your posting sites.
Requirements

- Driving experience using medium sized vans
- Remote / lone working experience - unsupervised
- Experience of working with iPads/Software (Desirable)
- The ability to manage your time and plan your own workload
