The ESP Group are looking for a Compliance & Business Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
As a Compliance & Business Support Coordinator you would support the effective operation of the business by providing HR administration, compliance, quality, and health and safety support.
In this role you would be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records

Coordinating recruitment and interviewing candidates

Employee administration activities

Supporting audits and compliance processes

Ensuring company systems, policies, and documentation remain up to date and compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements.

This role is a full time (40 hours per week), office based, permanent opportunity, available for an immediate start working from our Arbroath site.
