The Role
Sales and lettings experience is preferred, and you’ll play an important part in looking after our sellers and helping their properties progress from instruction right through to exchange and completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Booking and conducting sales viewings
- Booking property valuations
- Following up valuation opportunities
- Carrying out regular seller reviews
- Acting as an account manager for vendors
- Negotiating and progressing property sales
- Keeping buyers and sellers updated throughout the process
- Managing sales progression through to exchange and completion
- Delivering excellent customer service every step of the way
