We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both employees and clients.
Responsibilities
· Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
· Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
· Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
· Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages to management.
· Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
· Maintain equipment in good working order and report any maintenance issues promptly.
· Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
· Comfortable conducting deep cleans on the required premises
Skills
Previous experience in domestic and commercial cleaning is essential. Minimum 1 year.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is advantageous.
Full UK driving license
