The Role
As Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop — making sure every vehicle booking, enquiry, and repair runs smoothly from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing customer bookings, both over the phone and in person
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
- Working closely with workshop staff to keep jobs on track
- Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and servicing needs
- Acting as the go-between for customers and mechanics, relaying updates on work carried out
- Recommending additional products and services where relevant
- Managing the diary and courtesy car schedule
- Identifying and ordering parts
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- A quick learner who can pick up new processes, products, and services with ease
- Drive and commitment to grow within the role
What You'll Get
- £28,000+ depending on experience, with OTE of £35,000
