Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within a busy dining establishment. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
- Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement training for staff development in areas such as service excellence
- Maintain organisational standards in cleanliness, safety procedures, and overall restaurant appearance
- Assist with administrative tasks such as cleaning schedules
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional leadership qualities to motivate staff and foster teamwork
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
