About the Role
This is an exciting and challenging role. Reporting to the Centre Principal, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the aftersales team by personally demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours associated with the company and manufacturer's brand values.
Customer engagement will be atthe forefront of everything you do as well as encouraging your team to deliverin a busy pressurised environment and maintaining high customer standards.
You will be responsible for allaftersales/service activity to deliver profitability and customer satisfaction,working with teams across the centre and other dealerships to provide aseamless service to customers.
This is a full time role andtypically you will be expected to work between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday toFriday, alternate Saturdays.

To be successful in this roleyou will:
- Present strong management andcoaching skills gained in a similar role and environment
- Possess excellentcommunication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Hold the ability tomulti-task and work well in a fast-paced environment producing great results ofoutstanding customer service and selling
- Hold a full clean UK drivinglicence
