We are recruiting for a full-time Retail Sales Assistant Apprentice to join our friendly team at our Colchester Branch!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in retail and gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards a recognised Level 2 apprenticeship qualification. You will learn about customer service, sales, stock management and the automotive industry, supported by our experienced team.
The role:
This is a varied and busy role, duties to include:
Taking payments at the checkout point, answering the phones, administration duties, driving sales, talking to suppliers and serving customers. Everything to do with cars.
The setting up of pedal bikes / electric bikes (ready for the road) will be part of the role. - training will be given.
You will also be trained to make up number plates and mix paint.
About you:
You will have a passion for giving great customer service and be able to work in a team, and have a keen interest in Cars and Bikes. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and tackle any given task with a hands-on, can-do approach.

Hours:
Monday - Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 day off a week. Every other Sunday 10am - 1pm.
You will be contracted 40 hours per week.
