Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris to uphold hygiene standards
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in accordance with environmental policies
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, toilet paper, and cleaning materials as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment
- Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks and any incidents encountered during the shift
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during late-night hours
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus but not mandatory
- Reliable punctuality and a responsible attitude towards completing assigned duties on time

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
