Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Ground Maintenance Operatives to join our dedicated team. Duties
- Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilising to promote healthy growth and visual appeal.
- Operate mechanical equipment such as excavators, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Assist with construction-related tasks including groundwork preparation, fencing, and installation of outdoor features.
- Use hand tools for detailed gardening tasks and minor repairs around the site.
- Implement irrigation systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient water management.
- Monitor site conditions regularly, identifying potential hazards or maintenance needs proactively.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timeframes while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping roles is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with gardening, horticulture, and general construction practices will be advantageous.
- Prior experience in using hand tools effectively in outdoor environments is required.
- Knowledge of site safety procedures and maintenance protocols is necessary to ensure a secure working environment.

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,303.46 per year
