This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking health partnership at a pivotal moment, providing you the opportunity to scope and shape ways of working, influence culture, and make a tangible difference.
You will be part of a collaborative team with the opportunity to leave a real imprint as the function continues to mature and grow.
This is a hands on, delivery focused role with a strong emphasis on compliance and candidate experience. As Talent Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of all pre-employment checks, ensuring a fully compliant, audit-ready process within a regulated environment.
You will act as the main point of contact for new hires, combining organisation, attention to detail, and clear communication to make every candidate feel informed, welcomed, and supported. You’ll manage the onboarding journey from offer to first day, working closely with the wider talent team to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
While your focus is on high-quality delivery, you will also contribute ideas to improve processes and strengthen service efficiency, helping shape the way onboarding and compliance is managed day to day.
The majority of the role can be completed on a remote basis but with expectation of attendance in our London office once a week (ideally a Wednesday) but on occasions may require more, based on business requirements.
