The Role
- Deliver fun, dynamic training sessions for players aged 18 months to 12 years
- Lead Academy squads, delivering two training sessions per week and weekend matches
- Plan and prepare sessions that align with our Academy philosophy and development goals
- Maintain player records, track progress, and support individual growth
- Engage with parents and players to create a positive, supportive environment
- Assist with 1-to-1 coaching sessions and age-specific group programs
- Promote safe play standards and uphold Child Protection policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for football
- Experience coaching children (ages 4–14 preferred)
- Organised & reliable with strong time management skills
- Good communication and IT skills (Word, Excel, Keynote)
- A driver’s licence is a plus
