Location: Bournemouth
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6.5 hours per day (32.5 hours per week) 5:30 am - 12:00 pm
Pay: £13.71 per hour
Training: FREE Forklift Truck Licence provided
BCS Commercial Cleaning is looking for a reliable and organised Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to support the smooth running of our cleaning team in Bournemouth.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, supporting colleagues, and ensuring high standards are maintained across the site. Full training will be provided, including a FREE forklift truck licence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and supervising the cleaning team on a daily basis.
- Making sure staff attend their scheduled shifts and duties are completed correctly.
- Organising holiday cover and helping manage staff rotas.
- Covering cleaning duties when required due to holidays or absences.
- Monitoring cleaning standards and reporting any issues.
- Completing staff timesheets and basic administration.
- Keeping records of staff sickness and absences.
- Ordering cleaning supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Communicating with management regarding staffing and site requirements.
- Following company health and safety procedures.

- Is confident taking responsibility and solving problems.
- Has previous cleaning or supervisory experience (preferred but not essential).
- Is willing to learn and develop.
