We are currently recruiting for the Night Receptionist to join our talented Front Office team. You would be contracted to work 30 hours per week (3 shifts of 10 hours per week). Your shift would start at 9pm and finish at 7.30am (to allow 30 minutes meal break).
In the role of the Night Receptionist your key focus will be to:

ensure that all guests have been welcomed in a warm and engaging way

carry out a check in and check out procedure
-
respond to all guest queries
-
deal with complaints within bounds of responsibility and according to hotel procedure, referring to the Night Manager where necessary
-
ensure that the requirements of the hotel’s credit policy are adhered to without exception unless instructed otherwise by the Night Manager

maintain an excellent standard of computer input in accordance with departmental standards

previous experience in a similar role or an operational and guest facing role in a similar Hospitality environment

previous experience of Shiji property management system (advantageous)
