Job Summary
The Telecoms Service Delivery, Provisioning & Billing Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of Cloudcell's managed connectivity services from customer order through to provisioning, installation, billing and ongoing service management.
This is a hands-on telecoms operations role and requires previous experience within a B2B telecommunications provider, reseller, ISP, MSP or managed connectivity environment.
The role acts as a key operational link between Sales, Engineering, Technical, Finance, suppliers, channel partners and customers, ensuring that services are ordered correctly, delivered efficiently, billed accurately and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
The role reports to the Operations Director and supports the effective implementation of Cloudcell's operational processes, service standards and customer delivery objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer and partner orders from acceptance through provisioning, installation, service activation and handover, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate engineering jobs, site access, installation dates, equipment requirements and resources, ensuring engineers have everything needed for successful delivery.
- Support the day-to-day management of the company’s multi-network SIM estate, including ordering, provisioning, activation, suspension, cessation, allocation and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate billing and commercial information, reconciling active services and supporting billing queries, credits, amendments and monthly billing readiness.
- Maintain accurate customer, service, equipment and contract records across CRM, ticketing, billing and operational systems.
- Monitor live orders, installations and recurring services, proactively identifying and escalating provisioning delays, delivery risks, billing discrepancies and data anomalies.
Experience
- Minimum two years' experience within telecoms provisioning, service delivery, billing, order management or telecommunications operations.
- Experience supporting B2B customers and/or channel partners.
- Good understanding of the telecommunications service lifecycle from order through provisioning, installation, billing, support and cessation.
- Experience managing recurring charges and reviewing telecommunications billing.
- Understanding of supplier invoices, customer billing, credits, contractual terms and service cessations.
- Working knowledge of services such as broadband, Ethernet/leased lines, mobile connectivity, data SIMs, hosted voice or SIP.
- Experience liaising with third-party carriers, suppliers and engineering resources.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer communication and organisational skills.

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
