Tuddenham Mill is a stylish boutique hotel nestled in the idyllic Suffolk countryside. We are currently looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Part-Time Receptionist to join our team on a zero-hours contract with an immediate start available.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience from arrival through to departure. Character, personality, and a genuine passion for customer service are key. Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the hospitality industry.
Weekend availability is essential for this role, as weekends are our busiest periods.
The Role
Working on reception, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests and providing a friendly, professional first impression.
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries.
- Taking and managing reservations.
- Assisting guests with requests and local information.
- Supporting the wider hotel team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation within the reception area.
