A new opportunity has arisen to join Recycleacar supporting a busy department in day-to-day administrative activities. The role offers an opportunity for personal growth within an expanding team and industry.
The role will be office based working alongside our other team members within the office. You will not only be responsible for the general administration but will also be required to speak with our internal sites, customers, external hauliers, and any other duties as required by the business.
This is a diverse role working within a fast-paced environment, you must be adaptable and be able to prioritise your workload effectively and work with a high degree of care and attention.
You will be a team player with excellent administration skills, strong IT skills and good communication skills.
Job Description:
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 , Mondays to Fridays but there is a need for flexibility as and when the business requires this.
£12.71 P/H with any time over 40 hours paid at an enhanced rate.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurate processing of business and industry critical paperwork
· Work within the Recycleacar administration team to facilitate the smooth process of orders and systems
· Build relationships with customer and providers through calls, query response and issue resolution
· Support account queries
· General Office administration duties

Skills and Knowledge Required:
· Industry knowledge desirable but not required
· Working accurately in the pressure of an office
