We’re recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a highly regarded, long-established mixed practice in Oxford. The practice has been family run since 1983 and is known for its strong patient relationships, experienced team, and high clinical standards.
About the Role:
- Start Date: ASAP (permanent position)
- Days Available: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 08:15 – 17:15
- UDA Rate: £13–£15 per UDA (experience dependent)
- UDA Target: Approx. 1000 UDAs per day worked (pro-rata)
- Private & Lab Split: 50/50
- Payment Frequency: Monthly
- Notice Period: 3 months (associate)
- Strong private growth potential
- Established List (NHS)
Practice Details:
- Type: Mixed NHS & Private
- Surgeries: 6 modern, fully equipped surgeries
- Software: SOE
- Equipment: iTero scanner, intraoral cameras, rotary endo
- Invisalign Diamond Provider
- On-site parking available
- Excellent local transport links – easy access to M40, A40, A43 and bus routes to Oxford city centre
- Multi-disciplinary team including:
- Specialist Periodontist
- Implant Dentist / Oral Surgeon
- DWSI in Endodontics

Requirements:
- GDC registered
- NHS Performer Number required
- Experience in NHS and private dentistry preferred
- Confident, professional, and patient-focused approach
