Due to continued growth, we are seeking ambitious and results-driven Immigration Sales Consultants to join our successful Canary Wharf team.
No previous immigration experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided. What matters most is your ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and close sales.
The Opportunity
This is a consultative sales role where you will speak with prospective clients who have already expressed an interest in emigrating overseas.
You will be responsible for understanding their circumstances, explaining suitable migration pathways, and guiding them through our services.
This is not a cold calling role. You will work with qualified enquiries generated by our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone and video consultations with prospective clients.
- Understand clients' migration goals and assess their eligibility.
- Recommend suitable immigration and visa solutions.
- Build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Manage and follow up on enquiries using our CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and client notes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with caseworkers and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong telephone-based sales skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional manner.
- Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Full right to work in the UK.
