We are looking to recruit a Plot Runner to assist our Fee Earners and conduct Plot Running casework in our fast-paced New Build team, based in our modern office in Farnborough. The department deals with a large number of transactions each year so this is a very busy role within our progressive law firm.
The Opportunity:
As a Plot Runner you will be responsible for:

Communicating with clients via email and the telephone.

Collaborate with Fee Earners on client files to progress files as smoothly and as quickly as possible.

Assist the team with workloads of the team when required.

Reviewing client’s initial paperwork,carrying out ID checksand finalise onboarding process.

Adhere to AML and other compliance requirements at all times.

Ordering searches and reporting to clients, lenders and Help to Buy on all aspects of the transaction.

Liaising with lenders with regards to mortgage offers.

Exchanging contracts with the Developer’s solicitors.

Communicating with Seller’s solicitors and Developers with regards to progression of all client files and providing updates where necessary.
What we are looking for:

Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Capable of working on your own initiative whilst being a strong team player

Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals and Developers on various platforms

Work under pressure and to tight deadlines without compromising on service to our clients.

A full driving licence is essential
