We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting/Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Serve beverages and food items to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and mix drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Engage with guests to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous
- Experience in serving or bar work will be beneficial
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
- A background in kitchen or culinary roles would be an asset
