We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee the shift operations of our independent seafront café bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food and customer service.
As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer service, cleanliness and 'first impressions' are optimum - while also fostering a positive team environment. Your role will involve supervising the shift, managing inventory, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily café bar operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Lead team members in customer service best practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café bar
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.s.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a cafe/bar environment
- Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership skills.
- Experience in coffee preparation and bartending essential
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
