At Think Smart Academy we pride ourselves on our team of specialist tutors, who have the ability and commitment to improve our students academic performance. As a result, we are very selective of who we entrust our students to.
Successful applicants would be allocated a class of 11+ students on a weekly basis. Naturally, the tutor should be comfortable teaching, be able to control and teach a class of primary school students.
Ideal candidates should have at least 1 full year of primary school classroom teaching and feel confident preparing students for the 11+ exam in Slough.
