We're now looking for an hard working and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team in Tilbury. The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be an essential part of our warehouse operation, ensuring customer products are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll support the day-to-day running of our busy distribution centre, helping to maintain excellent service levels for some of the world's leading fashion and retail brands. You'll work closely with colleagues across Warehouse, Customer Service, and Transport to ensure goods move efficiently through every stage of the supply chain.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. From unloading deliveries and managing stock to preparing customer orders for dispatch, you'll play a key role in delivering operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and health and safety.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly by:
· Receiving and checking incoming deliveries.
· Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
· Loading and unloading vehicles safely.
· Booking stock into our warehouse management system.
· Preparing goods for dispatch.
· Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy.
· Working safely and following all Health & Safety procedures.
· Helping us deliver outstanding service to our customers every day.
· No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team that works together to achieve shared goals.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people with a positive attitude who enjoy working as part of a team.
You'll ideally have:
· Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential).
· Good attention to detail.
· A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Good communication skills.
· A flexible and positive approach to work.
· A commitment to working safely and maintaining high standards.
· If you have experience using handheld scanners, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or hold an FLT licence, that's a bonus—but full training will be provided.
