We are seeking an energetic and attentive Night Porter/Receptionist to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, arrivals, and departures
- Monitor security systems and conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security of the premises
- Manage phone etiquette by answering calls promptly and directing inquiries appropriately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or facility issues during the night shift
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance guest experience

Qualifications
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
