Futures Matter Education Ltd are opening a new school for pupils aged 11 to 16 years, who have a range of needs, difficulties, and talents. Many pupils will have had a really poor experience of life and school. There will be a many challenges and rewards as we help pupils to have a more positive experience of education. With the right resources we know we will help pupils to succeed. We already have amazing school buildings, but we know that the best resource of all is our staff team.
Our staff will be working with children with a range of diagnoses and special needs, including moderate learning difficulties, autism and/ or social, emotional and mental health issues. Our staff team will be well supported and trained to help pupils overcome barriers to learning, identify their strengths and interests, and above all make learning fun. Time with us is precious and ultimately, pupils have little time ahead of them before reaching adulthood.
We are looking for a School Administrator who will run our reception and manage the office. This key role involves completing basic H.R. administration tasks, checking payroll, petty cash and providing support to the Head Teacher. You'll be involved in monitoring attendance and arranging meetings with parents/ carers and a range of professionals. With your efficient, professional approach and ability to set up and maintain processes and systems, you'll keep things running smoothly and be the welcoming face of the school.
