Duties
- Provide a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, nails and skincare consultations with precision and care
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively to clients’ needs, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare to promote ongoing wellness and satisfaction
- Assist in training junior team members, sharing your expertise to foster a collaborative and skilled team environment
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and product usage to ensure personalized service continuity
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments offered
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and industry best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- NVQ level 2 and level 3 in beauty therapy.
