Front of House Team Member – MANR

MANR is a modern café and restaurant based inside the Whitaker Museum, serving brunch by day and small plates & wine by night. We’re building something quality-led, with a strong focus on atmosphere, service, and consistency.
We’re looking for an experienced Front of House team member who take pride in what they do and want to be part of a growing, fast-paced environment.

The Role
- Delivering high-quality customer service from start to finish in line with Manr's brand standards.
- Taking orders at table and till, preparing drinks up to standard, run food and drinks , support the Event's team.
- Maintaining a clean, organised floor at all times - ensure Clean as you go is followed, all rubbish is disposed of in a timely manner
- Supporting both daytime café service and evening restaurant service
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a FOH staff member in a café, restaurant, or bar is essential
- Confidence and strong personality - we need someone who enjoys talking to people and someone who can shine in a room full of customers
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Hours
- Flexible shifts across Wednesday to Sunday
- Predominantly afternoon and evening work required (including weekends)
- Temporary or a permanent position available - for the ideal candidate we can offer either type of employment, making it suitable for uni students who are going back to uni in September.
