Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with licensing laws and company policies
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout your shift
- Handle card transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to assist guests effectively
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting the dining area/bar as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £12.75-£14.00 per hour
