The salary will be based on a full-time equivalent salary of £31,263 per annum, VBSS Specialist 1 (pro rata for part time hours).
As a Hairdressing Assessor/Coach you will be required to deliver practical aspects of the vocational programmes. You will provide on-going support, coaching and guidance to individual learners, utilising resource packages and on-going assessment. You will need to be qualified to at least level 3 within Hairdressing and hold an assessor qualification.
You will be a highly self-motivated, energetic and driven individual, encompassing a strong sense of autonomy. You will possess strong presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate achievement of targets.
The post carries up to 1250 assessing hours per annum, for a full-time position (pro rata for part-time).
