Bar Manager – Village Pub
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bar Manager to join our friendly team at our welcoming village pub.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys creating a great atmosphere, delivering excellent customer service, and helping to run a local pub. Management experience is desirable but not essential – we’re happy to support and develop the right person with the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the bar
- Managing stock levels and placing orders
- Handling cashing up and basic administrative duties
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation
- Maintaining licensing and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, friendly, and approachable personality
- Reliability and flexibility, including evenings and weekends
- Previous hospitality experience is essential
- Management or supervisory experience is preferred but not required
- Personal license is required
