You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing the full sales lifecycle for software development and AI consulting services.
Working closely with our engineering and leadership teams, you'll engage with decision-makers, understand business challenges and develop tailored technology solutions that create long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK and Europe.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and partnerships.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to prepare tailored proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, founders, product leaders and procurement teams.
- Prepare commercial proposals, estimates and Statements of Work.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM.
- Represent Time2Launch during client meetings, conferences and networking events.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities within AI, software development and digital transformation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales or Enterprise Sales.
- Experience selling custom software development, software engineering services or IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and digital product delivery.
- Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and business decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
