We’re known for delivering a high-energy, results-driven experience with a strong community feel. Our coaching standard is built around delivering a personal training experience within a group environment.
We are expanding our coaching team and are looking for reliable, high-energy coaches who can deliver consistently on the floor.
The Role
As a Trainer at F45 Leadenhall Market, your role is to deliver exceptional group training sessions while maintaining a high level of member engagement and energy on the floor.
This is not just about running sessions — it’s about creating an experience, building relationships, and holding a strong coaching standard every class.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-energy, structured F45 classes with clear coaching and strong presence
- Learn and execute F45 programming to a high standard
- Engage members before, during and after class
- Build rapport and contribute to a strong community environment
- Maintain studio cleanliness and presentation standards
- Support smooth class flow and transitions between sessions
Team & Culture
- Work closely with the Studio Manager and coaching team
- Attend team meetings and training sessions where required
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 Personal Trainer qualification (minimum)
- Experience in group training or personal training
- Strong communication and presence on the gym floor
- High energy and ability to motivate members consistently
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Willingness to learn and adapt to F45 coaching standards
Availability
- Early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
- Ability to commit to regular shifts where required
