About the Role:

We are looking for a Supply Chain and Procurement Manager who can take ownership of supplier relationships, purchasing processes, inventory planning, and cost control. You will help ensure that materials, tools, and operational resources are available on time, within budget, and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
Procurement Planning: Manage purchasing activities for tools, materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
Cost Control: Review pricing, negotiate terms, compare supplier options, and support budget conscious purchasing decisions.
Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels, delivery schedules, and material availability to avoid delays or shortages.
Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve procurement workflows, supplier tracking, and supply chain reporting.
Compliance and Records: Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier documents, contracts, and procurement files.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with operations, finance, engineering, and management teams to support business needs.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, vendor management, or operations support.
Leadership Skills: Able to manage priorities, coordinate with teams, and make practical decisions under pressure.
Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of supplier pricing, purchasing terms, cost control, and operational value.
Organisation: Detail oriented with the ability to manage orders, records, reports, and supplier communications.
Communication: Professional and confident when dealing with suppliers, internal teams, and management.
Mindset: Reliable, proactive, and focused on improving efficiency, reducing delays, and supporting smooth business operations.
Pay: £3,700.00-£4,000.00 per month
