Quality Systems Lead
Monday Friday 8am-5pm
Role:
-
Maintain and develop the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead internal audit programmes and coordinate customer and third-party audits.
- Ensure compliance with BRCGS, customer, legislative and company requirements.
- Manage customer complaints, investigations and corrective actions.
- Support customer specifications and technical information systems.
- Analyse quality data, trends and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Food Safety, Food Technology or a related discipline.
- HACCP Level 4 qualification.
- Experience managing quality systems within a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety legislation, quality standards and audits.

Experience with BRCGS and customer audits.
