We are seeking experienced and motivated Heat Pump Installation Engineers to join our growing renewables team. With the rapid transition toward low-carbon home heating across the UK, you will be at the forefront of installing modern Air Source heat pumps systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Complete end-to-end installation of heat pump outdoor and indoor units, unvented hot water cylinders and associated pipework.
- System Integration: Retrofit existing heating pipework, replace or resize radiators, and ensure correct chemical dosing.
- Commissioning: Set up, test and commission heat pump systems according to manufacturer guidelines and MCS standards.
- Customer Handover: Provide friendly, clear explanations to homeowners on how to operate their new controls, thermostats, and heat pump systems.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to MCs standards
What We Offer
Uncapped Earning Potential:
- Price Per Install: £1,600 per complete installation (heat pump only)
- Day Rate: £350/400 day (ideal for multi-day complex jobs or day-to-day ongoing support)

- Support Network: dedicated technical support, pre-ordered and delivered materials, and streamlined administrative scheduling.
Requirements & Qualifications (Essential):
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent recognised trade qualification).
- Unvented Hot Water (G3) qualification.
- Proven experience installing domestic Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP).
- Full UK Driving Licence and own van/tools (if applying as a self-employed subcontractor).
- Public Liability Insurance (£2M minimum).
Desirable:
Water Regulations (WRAS) certification.
Experience working under MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) guidelines.
