Contract Support Administrator- North
Home based, site visits required covering Gateshead, Sheffield, Leeds and Northumberland - Full time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Contract Support Administrator- North to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.
As a Contract Support Administrator- North you'll:

Provide professional administrative support to the management team, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across the North Region.

Process purchase orders, invoices, and financial information accurately, ensuring records are maintained and completed on time.

Support the month-end process by preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial administration.

Build positive relationships with suppliers, clients, and colleagues, acting as a key point of contact for administrative and finance queries.

Monitor purchase orders, supplier invoices, and outstanding actions, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

Maintain accurate records and auditable documentation in line with company policies and procedures.

Support purchasing activities, coordinating orders and tracking deliveries across the contract.

Assist with governance meetings, reporting, payroll administration, and the preparation of operational and financial information.

Use a variety of Sodexo systems to support contract administration, finance, payroll, purchasing, and reporting activities.

Provide administrative support to both Hard and Soft Services teams across multiple regional sites.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, supporting continuous improvement across the contract.

Promote a positive Health & Safety culture while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
What we're looking for:
-
Previous Contract Administration experience is essential.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when processing financial and administrative information.
-
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

A good understanding of financial reporting, payroll administration, purchasing, sales and purchase ledger, and credit control processes.

Previous experience using SAP, E-ProphIT, or similar finance and purchasing systems would be advantageous.

An IOSH qualification and an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) are desirable.

The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A flexible approach with the willingness to travel occasionally to support sites across the North Region.
