XPERIENCED PRECAST INSTALLERS REQUIRED
Location: Thorpe Marsh, Doncaster

Further Work: Projects available throughout England, Wales & Scotland
We are looking for experienced precast concrete installers / erectors for long-term work in Doncaster
The works involve the erection of transformer bund structures and associated precast works.
Scope of Works
- Erection and installation of precast retaining walls
- Installation of precast slabs
- Installation of precast fire walls and associated precast units
- Installation of precast tank / bund structures
- Radius tank installation on other projects
- Tank stressing / post-tensioning where required
- Setting, levelling, plumbing and alignment of precast units
- Working with crane operations during precast erection
- Joint preparation, jointing and sealing
- Sika / Sikaflex joint sealing works
- Application of Sikaflex Pro-3 or similar approved sealant to movement joints
- Installation and completion of movement joints
- Grouting of connections and recesses
- General finishing and making good
- Working from precast GA drawings and installation details
Experience Required
We are looking for experienced precast installers, not general labourers.
Applicants should have good experience in
- Precast wall and slab erection
- Tank / bund construction
- Fire wall installation
- Radius tank installation
- Tank stressing
- Sika / Sikaflex joint sealing
- Movement joints and watertight joint finishing
- Grouting and making good
- Working safely with cranes and MEWPs
- Reading and understanding precast drawings
Good jointing and sealing experience is important. Installers who have previous experience applying Sika / Sikaflex products to precast tanks, bunds and movement joints are particularly wanted.

- IPAF MEWP Ticket
- Banksman Ticket
- Confined Space Ticket
- Slinger / Signaller – preferred / depending on role
Long-Term Work
This is long-term work in Doncaster for suitable installers.
We also have further precast installation works throughout the UK, including Wales and Scotland, so we are looking for experienced installers who are interested in ongoing work and are willing to travel between projects.
Good rates available for experienced precast installers.
