Molten Brook Bathrooms is looking for a Showroom Assistant to join our team in Romford, supporting the Showroom Manager with day-to-day admin and customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, helping with enquiries, order processing, supplier coordination, and general showroom administration.
This role also offers a genuine pathway into bathroom design. As you build product knowledge and familiarity with our range, you'll have the opportunity to develop into a design-focused position — working directly with customers on bathroom specification and layout, with full training and mentoring provided in design software and product specification. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in interiors, design, or the KBB industry who wants to grow into a design consultant role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
Managing enquiries by phone, email, and in person
Processing orders and liaising with suppliers
Keeping the showroom presentable and displays up to date
Supporting the Showroom Manager with general administration
Learning product ranges and, over time, assisting with design and specification work
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Well organised, comfortable with admin and systems
Interest in interiors, design, or bathrooms/KBB industry a plus
No design experience necessary — full training given
