Our combined inspection service allows customers to arrange multiple property checks in one appointment, completed by one qualified inspector.
We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Partner to help grow our network of professional referral partners.
The Opportunity
This is a flexible, self-employed opportunity focused on building long-term relationships with businesses in the property industry.
You will identify, contact and onboard new referral partners, including:
- Estate agents
- Letting agents
- Mortgage brokers
- Solicitors and conveyancers
- Property management companies
- Developers and other property professionals
You will receive recurring commission from qualifying orders generated by the referral partners you introduce.
As your portfolio of active referral partners grows, your potential recurring monthly income will grow with it.
Commission Structure
You will receive:
5% of the net sales value, excluding VAT, of completed and paid orders generated by referral partners you introduce.
Commission is paid monthly after the relevant customer invoice has been paid.
There is no upper limit on the number of referral partners you can introduce or the amount of commission you can earn.
Commission After Leaving
Where you leave the role on good terms and comply with the Business Development Partner Agreement, recurring commission will continue to be paid on qualifying orders from the referral partners you introduced for a further 12 months after leaving.
This continuing commission is subject to:
- The referred partner remaining a customer of Complete Surveys & Inspections.
- The relevant work being completed and paid for in full.
- The Business Development Partner not approaching, taking, diverting or transferring the referral partner to another business.
- There being no serious misconduct, fraud, breach of confidentiality or material breach of the agreement.
This gives you the opportunity to continue benefiting from the referral relationships you have successfully created, even after the working arrangement ends.
Illustrative Earnings
A 10 partner portfolio generating the following monthly orders:
- 15 HomeBuyer Reports at £440
- 10 EICRs at £140
- 5 Gas Safety Certificates at £60
- 8 Complete Survey packages at £600
Would generate total monthly sales of £13,100.
Commission at 5% would be:
£655 per month
Equivalent annual commission, if that order level were maintained:
£7,860 per year
These figures are illustrative only and are not guaranteed. Earnings will depend on the number and activity of the referral partners introduced.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable property-sector referral partners.
- Follow up email marketing campaigns and prospective partner enquiries.
- Make outbound calls and send professional follow-up communications.
- Arrange telephone, video or face-to-face meetings.
- Explain our services and referral programme.
- Support new referral partners through onboarding.
- Maintain regular contact with your referral partner portfolio.
- Accurately record introductions and progress.
- Represent Complete Surveys & Inspections professionally.

About You

Working Arrangement
This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity and is not a salaried employment position.
There are no fixed working hours. You will have flexibility to manage your own working pattern, subject to professional and timely follow-up of prospective referral partners.
Full terms, including commission entitlement, referral partner allocation, good-leaver and bad-leaver provisions, and the 12-month post-termination commission period, will be set out in a written Business Development Partner Agreement.
