Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, holiday lets, and student accommodation including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Deep cleaning where required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Use janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and report any maintenance issues
- Support additional tasks such as laundry, organizing spaces, or restocking supplies when required
Experience
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience in residential, commercial, or hotel settings is highly desirable
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and products is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
