We are seeking a skilled Chef De Patire to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and have the ability to operate efficiently within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in all sections of our busy kitchen, preparing dishes for our developing menu.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of the kitchen and food storage areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in meal preparation or culinary arts
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
