Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages at the bar, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Manage game stations, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly.
- Monitor the bar area for safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
- Oversee guest interactions with games, explaining rules and encouraging participation to foster a lively atmosphere.
- Manage inventory levels for beverages and game supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and a positive environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within hospitality or entertainment venues is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations, and guest service best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests actively and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for creating fun, energetic environments that keep guests returning.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the venue’s hours of operation.
