Responsibilities

- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed during food preparation and serving
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area including tables, utensils, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues quickly
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items and restaurant policies
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen operations
- Handle cash/card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage basic math calculations
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow in the industry
