A fun & funky freehold that will give the successful applicant freedom to create and develop within an already thriving establishment. The Sheppey is extremely high profile with several major national newspaper articles recently including being awarded a spot on the coveted Times Top 100 places to stay, and the top spot in the Guardians top ten pubs in Somerset.
This is an opportunity for either an up-and-coming Junior Sous to take the next step in their career or a well established Sous Chef with the ambition and drive to help develop a stunning menu.
Passion and enthusiasm is key, along with a personality that will encourage and enthuse the rest of the kitchen team.

The package includes:
a salary of up to 38k depending on experience
you will be joining a fun and lively team, who enjoy working with fresh local produce in our semi-open kitchen & we do not expect any staff to work on Christmas day.
