Property Paralegal - Residential and Commercial

1to1 Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join a busy and professional legal team, supporting both residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
The Role:
- Provide professional support to clients by phone, email and in person, handling queries and taking messages.
- Manage client files from opening through to completion, closure and archiving, ensuring all balances and client confirmations are actioned correctly.
- Assist with conveyancing paperwork, completion processes and accounts documentation.
- Draft and produce accurate letters, emails, forms and legal documentation using digital dictation/audio typing.
- Prepare and issue client care letters, quotes and correspondence to clients and external organisations.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems and use case management systems effectively.
- Manage general administrative duties including post, scanning, printing, photocopying and document preparation.
- Arrange appointments, meeting rooms and other administrative requirements.
- Prepare and dispatch mail and supporting documentation.
About you:
- Good interpersonal skills on the telephone and face to face;
- Good organisational skills;
- Good accurate typing skills;
- Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise;
- Communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
